Claus Mikkelsen talks about a bank that thought all was well during a power outage. Trouble is, they had diesel generators on the roof, supplied by diesel fuel in the basement. Of course, electric pumps were used to move that fuel to the generators… electric pumps that were not working due to the power outage. These issues always seem obvious in retrospect, but I am sure the bank thought they had thought of everything at the time.
